This is our Full Service for Less program for a 1% Total Fee including our $290 retainer. For this low fee Charleston Homes For Sale Realty provides all of Marketing, Administrative and Management Services outline below to help you get your home sold and to help ensure you keep more of your equity at closing. If you are not interested in paying a retainer fee then the fee at closing would be 2.0%

Full Service Plus – The 1.5% Home Selling Advantage

Our total listing, marketing, and selling fee is your choice of 1.5% including a $290 retainer or 2.5% at closing with no upfront retainer fee.
